• You take pride in your work and your environment and show it by being hands on and proactive.

• You have excellent oral, written & communication skills.

• You are fluent in conversational Mandarin/ Chinese.

 

THE ROLE

As a Client Experience Officer, you will join us on a part-time (with the option to increase hours)/ part time basis at one of our clinics, with the possibility of working across different sites. This role reports to the Practice Manager and encompasses various administration tasks and key duties, including:

• Managing client phone and email inquiries.

• Booking and arranging appointments.

• Account and invoice management, including NDIS, Medicare, and private health.

• Creating and maintaining client profiles.

• Data entry and reconciliation.

• General office administration, including office supplies procurement.
